Dear @FLOWJamaica. I’m feeling victimized by you. For the 1st time ever, you say I’ve used all my data plan in the first week of the cycle. So I switch off my data, since I’m paying for your fastest internet. No internet. Thank God for for my Digicel phone. #frustrated
Just finished an @FLOWJamaica survey. Oh for a day when the service is half as good as their advertising and collecting! I upgraded to the fastest internet speed and most expensive cable package. What do I get? Slow/no internet. Cable channels disappear.😡

Dear @FLOWJamaica, in an effort to get reliable internet I signed up for your fastest speed at twice the cost of my previous package. Now the internet fails faithfully every morning & evening during my meetings. What shall I give you? my liver? Firstborn?😡😭
@FLOWJamaica has barred me from making calls for non payment, even though I paid that bill 4 days ago, straight into their system & have an SMS to prove it. Trying to correct the situation is torture. No human at their call Centre. #worst#utility
