🚨حقیقی ڈیجیٹل انقلاب صرف کمپیوٹر لگانے کا نام نہیں

ابھی ڈنمارک میں ایف ایس سی (Gymnasium) کے بعد یونیورسٹی داخلوں کا مرحلہ شروع ہوا ہے۔ دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ پورے ملک کی تمام یونیورسٹیوں کے لیے صرف ایک مرکزی ڈیجیٹل پلیٹ فارم موجود ہے۔

طالب علم اپنی ڈیجیٹل آئی ڈی سے لاگ اِن کرتا ہے، اس کی بنیادی معلومات پہلے سے موجود ہوتی ہیں اسے نام پتہ تک نہی لکھنا ہوتا ہے، اور اسے صرف اپنی پسند کے ملک بھر سے آٹھ یونیورسٹی پروگرام ترجیحی ترتیب (Priority Order) کے ساتھ منتخب کرنے ہوتے ہیں۔ نہ کوئی علیحدہ فارم، نہ کاغذات کی فوٹو کاپیاں، نہ تصدیق شدہ اسناد، نہ دفاتر کے چکر کا رولا ہے

سسٹم خودکار طریقے سے سکولوں اور متعلقہ اداروں سے تمام تعلیمی ریکارڈ آن لائن حاصل کر لیتا ہے۔ پھر ہر یونیورسٹی آزادانہ طور پر میرٹ کے مطابق درخواستوں کا جائزہ لیتی ہے۔

اس پورے عمل کے پیچھے Stable Matching Algorithm استعمال ہوتا ہے، جس کے خالقین کو 2012 میں معاشیات کا نوبل انعام ملا تھا۔ اس نظام میں اگر طالب علم اپنی پہلی ترجیح والے پروگرام میں میرٹ پر آ جائے تو باقی سات درخواستیں خود بخود بند ہو جاتی ہیں۔ اگر پہلی ترجیح نہ ملے تو دوسری، تیسری یا جس پروگرام میں اس کا میرٹ بنتا ہو، وہ آفر موصول ہو جاتی ہے۔ اس طرح سیٹیں ضائع نہیں ہوتیں اور پورا نظام زیادہ مؤثر اور منصفانہ بن جاتا ہےایک طالبعلم دس جگہ میرٹ خراب نہی کرتا نا سیٹ بلاک کر سکتا ہے۔

یہ ہے اصل ڈیجیٹلائزیشن؛ جہاں ٹیکنالوجی صرف موجودہ بیوروکریسی پر رنگ روغن نہیں کرتی بلکہ پورے عمل کو ازسرِ نو ڈیزائن کرتی ہے۔

بدقسمتی سے پاکستان، خصوصاً پنجاب میں اکثر ڈیجیٹلائزیشن کا مطلب صرف QR کوڈ، موبائل ایپ یا آن لائن فارم سمجھ لیا گیا ہے، جبکہ پسِ پردہ وہی نوآبادیاتی دور کا ریڈ ٹیپ، وہی فائل کلچر اور وہی افسر شاہی برقرار رہتی ہے۔

حقیقی ڈیجیٹل انقلاب کمپیوٹر لگانے کا نام نہیں، بلکہ غیر ضروری بیوروکریسی ختم کرکے شہری کے لیے نظام کو آسان، تیز، شفاف اور خودکار بنانے کا نام ہے۔

I was honoured to attend the solidarity gathering of Pakistani expatriates in Dubai as Chief Guest, under the 'One Nation, One Family' campaign. The event was a powerful display of the strong ties between Pakistan and the UAE, built on mutual respect, tolerance, and shared values.🤝

The Pakistani community in the UAE has pledged unwavering support to the country's leadership, offering to volunteer their services and stand ready in any capacity as regional tensions persist. The event drew a large turnout of community leaders, business figures, and individuals, all expressing firm backing for the UAE's stability and leadership.

The UAE has been a home to many, providing opportunities for growth and prosperity . It's heartening to see the community come together to reaffirm their commitment to the nation. As I said at the event, the UAE considers all communities part of one family, and remains committed to safeguarding lives and property.

The UAE places its security and the protection of all citizens, residents, and visitors at the very top of its priorities. With God’s grace, the UAE is fully prepared to confront these threats.
