@SmartScarecrow@ElofsonJess@BrandonStraka It took all your attention? 🤣🤣🤣
Ok, wow, bravo! You need a cookie. I’m 44 it’s take all of my energy soul mind and spirit and I still don’t have a home. 🏠 please don’t chime in.
@Jefferoni6@ToddNidasqM@MatrixMysteries I wouldn’t move a stranger into the home where I and my child live, that’s wreckless; even if I could. House prices are 400k and above. So yay, 250k that o can’t use, even if i want to. Guess what the mortgage will be on 199k 1900 a month. Yeah ok, stop calling it complaining.
@DebSeller@RalphCapocci@dubsndoo I do not disrespect the older generation at all. Follow along with the context. It’s about, how you guys speak to US. That’s what the topic is, follow along. You say “work harder, stop complaining, have a better attitude, don’t spend money” all the while house prices are 600k.
@DebSeller@RalphCapocci@dubsndoo No Deb, that’s a lie. Not only do we know because we were raised by boomers, we know because our parents talked about themselves growing up, incessantly. All they are talking about is themselves and all they ever care about is themselves.
@DebSeller@RalphCapocci@dubsndoo What kind of attitude do you suppose I should have Deb? Brush everything under the rug? Boomers are good at that too. Your parents were the ‘silent generation’ they spoke about themselves a lot too. “Kids are to be seen, not heard” remember that?
@RalphCapocci@dubsndoo Try again, we averaged $2.90 to $3.50 an hour in the mid to late 70's when most of us boomers were eligible to work full time. After saving $$ we were buying starter homes for 65K. The "silent majority" before the boomers averaged 12K and up for a house.
@Jefferoni6@ToddNidasqM@MatrixMysteries Which was due to federal reserve inflation that year. All you had to do is wait a year or two and your house prices were dirt cheap.
@ahhdam1@LStaysmith@DetroitC13531@yonann Plus home prices are increasing so you could probably borrow from the equity till you die! lol paying off is the best idea
