mind you during world war 2 more than six million women took wartime jobs in factories, three million volunteered with the Red Cross, and over 200,000 served in the military.

@Transsomething I had a (white) teacher whose husband was from Spain or something so she thought she could speak Spanish, but would only do so to the brown kids. Even if they didn’t speak Spanish. Even the kids that did speak it couldn’t understand her half the time cuz it was so broken lol.

@pot8um I mean this isn’t the worst or even the grossest, but it’s the most bewildering:
When I was a hostess a woman asked if I had a trash can behind the stand. I was blocked in by 3 other hostesses, so I just held out my hand. This middle-aged woman spit her chewing gum into my hand.

stylists that understand that you can’t dress everyone like they’re 5’9 and above and actually make sure to do right by short women >>>

@tastefullysaucy @valentinavoight I stg, they don’t have bedframes either. Talking about gold diggers with their mattresses on the floor 🙄

@arod_twit I’m currently shopping for little white dresses to wear for my wedding events coming up and it’s been nearly impossible to find something not frumpy that I can wear a regular bra with.

I’m so incredibly sick of middle aged men they can all go fuck themselves forever

Texas private catholic school teacher, Mario Delgado, who was arrested in 2021 for child sex crimes & granted a 100k bond, has been arrested again for failing to appear for his court date.

@Imaprincesstha1 @ask_aubry Same here. I’m 4’10” & my short legs and arms require me to be VERY close to the steering wheel in order to drive. An airbag will seriously injure me, if not kill me.

Hey! This placed tricked me into getting an STD test there after I thought it was a normal place to do such a thing. It wasn't! The "nurse" lectured to me about the dangers of premarital sex in a locked room for 2 hours and then made me pray with her! It was violating and weird!!

A Texas woman was forced to give birth to a baby missing part of its brain and skull.

Then - because the state that forced her to give birth doesn't have public funds for infant funerals - she had to raise money to lay her daughter to rest.

BREAKING: Idaho governor quietly signed the abortion trafficking bill into law tonight. It's the first law to restrict interstate travel for abortion care since Roe fell.

The law goes into effect 30 days from today. https://t.co/UQS3ExvL2m

Remember they are lying to you when they repeat "but but but there are exceptions for abortion".
