Had a fascinating conversation with an a trial lawyer, @RanchodeTR last night and he shared this very serious anomaly with me. @pattygifflaw, I would love it if you would opine: TERRYL FARNSWORTH’s DECLARATION 1) TF’s Declaration (under oath) was shown in Court. I’ve attached it for you. I’ve seen 100’s of these. What’s important is what is NOT in his Declaration. Usually, the Declaration says “These videos provided to… are a true and correct COPY of the VIDEO that was taken at UVU on 9/10/2025.” But TF’s lawyer (cumis counsel through their security company’s insurance ((did they settle with TPUSA yet btw?)) or his independent counsel) did not write that in TF’s Declaration. The Declaration showed in Court says that the videos provided are a true and correct “REPRESENTATION OF WHAT TOOK PLACE AT UVU.” This Declaration DOES NOT say, and explicitly excludes TF admitting that the videos are real and unaltered. I can’t stress to anyone enough that this is very consequential. He is refusing to lie in his Declaration. Why would a guy who is in a conspiracy to murder his long time colleague not commit perjury? -he wouldn’t- In short, TF’s Declaration does NOT AUTHENTICATE THE VALIDITY of any of the videos in evidence because his Declaration lacks the proper statements in regards to a “true and correct copy of the videos recorded…etc.” The Declaration states that the video is ONLY A REPRESENTATION OF TF’s PERSONAL PERCEPTION of what took place at UVU. TF “know knows” whether the video that is admitted into evidence is or is not in fact a true and correct copy of the video from UVU on 9/10/2025. BASED ON TF’s DECLARATION SIGNED UNDER THE PENALTY OF PERJURY - THE VIDEOS ARE NOT AUTHENTICATED. MISLEADING CANDACE: TF did not mislead Candace. He said he didn’t know how to send it to her and didn’t want to send it through Google bc Google is compromised. He is correct. This portion of Google’s HQ is located in Israel (look it up). It is not a trustworthy way to send sensitive data, especially evidence. TF’s POSSIBLE INVOLVEMENT: 1) after the shot he was doing things like a person with zero plan. Later, he was on the phone being told what to do. 2) he uploaded the video on a computer in a place where literally anyone could walk up behind him and see what he is doing - again no plan. IN CLOSING You can be a govt asst and NOT be included in the foreknowledge group. I don’t know Baron and have no social media presence. But he’s a fellow member of the bar and would understand what this Declaration is NOT saying. He may disagree - but I know he doesn’t glow in the dark and will validate my stance in regard to the Declaration.
