A common man harassed 2such an extend when Dr Deepak Duty officer considering a Minor Typo error by prescribing 50Mg Medicin instead of which 0.5Mg which was given2 patient. few medicine which were prescribed never exists. sugar medicines were not given for 16hrs leading2 Mishap
