hi, still alive 💚

I know I've been gone for a while. I had to take some time away because I was going through a difficult time emotionally, but after some time, I slowly found my way back to drawing.

During these past months, I've been quietly working on completed the final chapter of KPDH Comic “Resonance” and more progress on my CaitVi × Anime Universe Crossovers. 13 WIPS in total!

It feels really good to finally start posting again.

Anime leans more into a moe, romcom tone, while the manga feels more direct and reflective, exploring love and loneliness in a rawer way. It has quite a bit of ecchi (sometimes a little uncomfortable 😅), and some themes might feel controversial today, but I still remember it as an interesting story about love and human connection when I was younger 😊

Maki and Mai Zenin’s story is obviously different from Vi and Jinx’s, but as symbolism and parallels, I found it really interesting to make a crossover with them! 💙

Zoey and Mira have been together for a while now. They’re used to stolen kisses, quiet hugs full of warmth and affection, and getting a little too close when no one is watching.

They’ve slept together many times, always sharing slow, passionate kisses and wanting a little more—just being careful not to make too much noise, knowing Rumi is in the room next door, and somewhere between all that closeness and trust, they both knew this was going to happen sooner or later.

This night, Rumi won’t be at the penthouse; she’ll be staying with Celine to take care of some things. And with the place finally to themselves, Zoey doesn’t want to overthink it anymore and decides to take that next step 🩷💙

@nutsofthechest Thanks!! 🥰 my headcanon (and many others’ 🤭) is that Zoemira was the beginning, and Rumi joined them later on. In the story I’m working on, that’s how the timeline unfolds. They loved each other first… and eventually, they’ll come to love Rumi just as deeply 💚
