@coltybrah @SMB_Attorney Haven’t considered the impact on crowds. Surely it helps with crowds to incentivize season pass holders. Although the mountains are crazy crowded spring break, Presidents’ Day weekend and Christmas.

@SMB_Attorney So they can incentivize season passes of course. As you know all are owned by Epic or Ikon. And US resorts have way more maintenance (i.e. grooming and services) than EU. It’s still ridiculous for a 1 day pass.

@lawyer4SMBs @lawyer4SMBs what about recourse on SBA loans? Can you discuss in detail? My understanding is that on an SBA loan, recourse potentially could be your home and if that is the case, it makes and SBA loan riskier than described by many.
