$0 of that is coming from the American taxpayer. This is going to be primarily private investment. Obviously these investors are looking for some sort of return on their money. In this case influence within Iran.

External influence within Iran can only be a good thing.

And guess what? The Trump administration will administer the whole thing to make sure money goes only to worthy projects and not rebuilding their military or funding terror.

Global investors see an opportunity in Iran and Trump is making that possible.

Only the short-sighted and small-minded would not see this as a win for America.
