Don Lemon and the protesters can be charged with local crimes, and do not need to be persecuted and prosecuted under FACE. In Minnesota, there are three distinct statutes that apply: trespassing, disorderly conduct, and disrupting a religious service. This is a matter for local law-enforcement and does not need the weight and terror of the federal government trying to crush these people. This demonic fucking law needs to be repealed, not used against any protester or journalist in the United States of America.

What’s funny is that you actually think there wasn’t the killing of white people. I have personal friends who had family members murdered.
