@stellacreasy I have been a labour member since my 18th birthday. I struggled though the Corbyn years but stayed because while I didn't like him he was the members choice. This feels different I feel betrayed by the PLP and Burnham. Only time will tell if I can actually forgive enough to stay

@amnerisuk Providing they did (or offered to do) a stool test also and are following up after the blood tests that is not a bad place to start. Locally we can't just refer to an urgent colonoscopy there are certain tests that need to come first

@DrGoblin3 My possession of a uterus and ovaries doesn't make me more qualified in managing problems related to them than my colleagues. Menopause is something half the population go through and all GPs should be able to manage it.

@Ellaj26927542 @gymkituk_white @CoastingGP How long do you think their working days are? I arrive at work at 7.15 and leave at about 19.00 on each of my working days. I don't work 3 days a week I work 4 but I do more than full time hours over those 4 days

@zaynhasn @Parody_RCGP I was more wondering why they have 3 appointments rather than 2 for diabetic reviews as to me that seemed like more work. I completely get why having certain types of appointments at certain times would make sense logistically.

@Parody_RCGP I wouldn't call what they are doing bad or poor care. I am just confused as to why it would work better for a practice to have 3 rather than 2 appointments. If we had something that could potentially be done more effectively I would find it helpful if someone highlighted.

@AlisonMoyet I attended a mixed comprehensive with no uniform. People didn't get bullied for what the wore. Bullying did happen but it wasn't based on clothing style/price.

@mid502 @QcWynter I would offer my seat to an under 5. They are likely to struggle to balance with the stop/start of a bus/train. Obviously if parent is sitting they ideally would be ok their lap but often parent doesn't have a seat either.

@LostDazes @MedRegoncall1 There is a difference between assessing an acute deterioration and looking for reversible causes which I think would be the role of the doctor/GP, and sitting down and discussing with someone different situations and exploring when they might like admission/resus etc

@MedRegoncall1 Clearly we need GPs in care homes? However there are something's that the community matron can do well. I am not sure why that is controversial.

@MedRegoncall1 I don't agree that respect forms/DNAR need a doctor. The community palliative care nurses and care home matrons (senior district nurse covering care homes) where I work are more than capable in most cases of having a very balanced discussion. They escalate where too complex.

@Nyaburinyauma Looks highly likely to be a very recent C-section scar (within the last few weeks as it is still open and there is a suture). Also a linea nigra. It feels unlikely that this is genuinely your girlfriend and you didn't know and she let you photograph it.

@warpnwoof @NHStruthbomb @southwalesargus Even if the manager is right there should be ways to communicate this to the staff member without reducing them to tears. The inability to do this suggests a poor manager

@AyCeePeee @Parody_RCGP Do you not feel that if you are going to be working in a&e seeing undifferentiated children you should also be able to detect a surgical abdomen. Even in the absence of a GP letter suggesting it?
