Our internet went down on Thursday morning. I filed a complaint at 10:30AM and received an email about complaint and that someone will contact us shortly for the visit. It has been 2 days no one has contacted me. I have called them.

@StormFiberPK Called them several times, and kept hearing the same thing. It takes maximum 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. Now it has been 44 hours. The issue is still not fixed. The agents keep saying they are following up but nothing happens. This is horrific service.
