@dbongino Good Lord yes. Iโm embarrassed for you bunch of whiners. No wonder we canโt win elections. Bunch of babies canโt even get along to vote in a speaker. Hateful ass Nancy didnโt have this problem. Keep it up. Loose the house again
Here is something that no one has brought up yet, and at the time the Marine didn't even realize himself in real-time, the fact that he was wearing a back-pack introduces a whole new set of dynamics and probably the reason even the Marine is surprised that his restraint cause such damage. You see the back-pack was between the Penny and the floor, this gave him leverage and support and prevented him from applying his hold at a lower position that may have caused less stress on Neely's neck. This young man was put in an untenable position, after someone is acting irrationally and threatened fellow passengers, does he stand by and do nothing or does he try to neutralize the threat. If he were in uniform and acting under orders, this would not even be a question. Now, the only thing that will save this young man from a long prison sentence is if his fellow passengers are not intimidated and come forward in defense of this young man's actions but that remains to be seen.
