I disagree with your response. My complaint is not that I received the wrong item, but that the product delivered is significantly different from the product shown on the Blinkit app and the quality is extremely poor. It also does not fit my door as advertised, making it unfit for its intended purpose.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are entitled to receive products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. I request that you reconsider my case and process a full refund for Order ID: ORD01409848926.
If my issue is not resolved, I will have to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Commission.
