The 1nd account(BlueByAoi) did indeed infringe on intellectual property rights, and one of the original authors said that reporting it was useless, which is really sad.

I’m absolutely shocked to see so many cases of stolen Live2D models being resold on Etsy or ko-fi. let alone the sheer number of buyers falling for this.
Some of these models were even originally given away for free.
