@nationalrailenq PLEASE HELP asap. My disabled relative is traveling to MKC today. They need to change at WVH for MKC. Original booked train is cancelled so getting the later one. But live train departures says no trains between the 2 station for 8 hrs. Are any trains running?

@wizzair very much enjoying my 1st experience flying with you. 1st my flight is delayed 12 hours, now 15 hours. Can't book on to another flight. No staff, can't call. Website now down, told to check the app which tells me I've safely landed home. Just waiting now to be told

Travelling Prague to Luton. Flight's been delayed 12 hours. Finally received 1 voucher that I spent on breakfast. But I still need dinner and lunch. But voucher no longer works. Am I expected to only eat 1? Or buy all the hot food all at once and eke it out?

@WizzAirUK_W9 so I'm trapped at Prague airport as my flight has been delayed 12 hours. I've received a voucher I can only spend once. How do I get another voucher? Yes the 1st one was generous but I didn't realise I needed to buy all my meals at the same time.
