Depression is a lot like cake batter..
Cake batter molds to the kind of cake pan you use:
square, circle, triangle..

That same way Depression molds into life situations:
Breakups
Loss of a family
Economic Status
Etc.

Was it COVID that just made it harder? Am I just a lazy person who doesn’t want to work anymore? Is my emotional problem that big that I can’t work? What is going on? What now ?
