Your own report puts the figure of such individuals, in whole of UP, who submitted more than 10 forms each as 198 whereas in this post you are saying that the figure is more than 200. The Law empowers only the ERO and no one else to take action and that too in a case where ERO is of the view that the declaration/statement given by an individual in his form is false/fabricated and in the opinion of the ERO the concerned individual also believes the declaration/statement to be false. The notion that CEO or ECI will automatically file FIRs in all such cases where multiple forms are submitted by an individual is not correct.
