@beercierge I’d prefer a Witbier (@AllagashBrewing ‘White’) for its brightening citrus (orange/lemon) & light spice qualities (coriander) that help complement the dish & help cut through & lift some of the fatty components (butter/mayo) from the palate without overpowering any flavors.
