Horrific framing from CNN today:
Steinem murdered her baby at 22 via abortion. She spent her whole life trashing marriage and kids.
Dolly wanted children but could not have them. She spent her life being âeverybody's mother.â
They are NOT the same.

Clancyâs defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, seems to think the real âbad guyâ is a lone juror who apparently believes murder is still a crime.
Reminder: here are the victims murdered by their own mother, Lindsay Clancy. Cora (age 5), Callan (age 8 months), and Dawson (age 3).
đš BREAKING: Lindsay Clancyâs defense attorney Kevin Reddington told reporters outside Plymouth Superior Court that the juror who is allegedly refusing to follow the law will be questioned by Judge William Sullivan at 9 a.m. Friday.
Reddington said he wants the questioning conducted in open court â not at sidebar. @conlin_lauren
I just had the most surprising experience of having a long time good friend of mine tell me that she couldnât be my friend anymore because she canât be around anyone who supports Trump. Itâs so shocking and so sad to me that some people can actually give up a friendship because of someoneâs political views. I never even discussed politics with her because I know our views are so different. I mostly discuss my political views with like-minded people. I never post anything political on Instagram but do on X. Iâm not a rabid Trump supporter who loves everything he does or says, but all in all I think heâs done a lot of good things for the country and certainly better than the last administration. Most of us who voted for him wanted the border closed and illegals deported, especially criminals. The left seems to have a terrible problem with that and thinks itâs cruel. Rather, we should just support anyone who wants to come to this country and pay for their schooling, medical bills, welfare, housing, etc. That doesnât make any sense to anyone except for crazy liberals. Heâs gotten so much done during his term, taking away tax on tips has been tremendously helpful to working people and taxes on Social Security for the seniors. The left loves to call him a fascist. Thatâs their buzz word. Just like calling someone a racist. Conservatives would never end a long friendship because someoneâs political views were different. It just makes me shake my head.
Rep. James Comer said Thursday that Sen. Mitch McConnell is aiming to return to Capitol Hill when the Senate reconvenes Sept. 14 following a monthslong absence as he recovers from a fall.
John Battaglia killed his 2 daughters in what forensic psychologists said was psychosis, stemming from a bipolar disorder
The jury deliberated for 19 minutes
He was executed in 2018
A lot of morons are claiming this isnât intimidation because the juror shouldnât be watching media coverage of the trial. The problem with that dumbass argument is that 1) by singling this one guy out, you are GREATLY increasing the chances that he does hear about it. And 2) you are setting him up to be villainized after the trial is concluded, when he certainly will be aware of it. Obviously doing that during deliberations, in front of the media, is extremely inappropriate at best. Thereâs literally no reason to do this except with the intention of bullying him. If thatâs not the intention, then why bring the media into it at this stage in the first place? Really getting tired of so many people playing dumb on this case. Or I guess maybe they arenât playing.
So when lawyers donât get the results they want, remove jurors until they do is now how our legal system works. What crap show from Reddington. Not a good look for his client either.
BREAKING: Lindsay Clancyâs defense demands removal of a juror it alleges is refusing to follow the judgeâs instructions on reasonable doubt, as the risk of a mistrial grows.
Near the end of jury deliberations today, Lindsay Clancy's attorney Kevin Reddington asked the judge to remove one of the jurors after the foreperson delivered a letter stating that they were not following the rules regarding reasonable doubt.
"I think he's assuming it's 11 jurors finding either not guilty or not guilty by reason of mental defect, which frankly, I think is the much more likely option in this case," CBS News legal analyst @LevinsonJessica said.
Levinson explains how Massachusetts is unlike other states in that the burden of proof falls on the prosecution rather than the defense, and she explains why that matters so much in this case. https://t.co/SFIk7XKjp0
This is WILD!
âI donât want a mistrial. Why would I want a mistrial? We kicked the sh*t out of their caseâ
Defense attorney then proceeds to say that the judge will âidentify the jurorâ who is the sole holdout for a full finding of not guilty by reason of insanity.
This seems like egregious juror intimidation.
The sidebar that was done publicly, singling out the apparent sole juror, is basically putting a target on that jurorâs back for when they will invariably be publicly identified.
I donât know if this is standard protocol. But it certainly seems abnormal and very dirty.
The defense attorney is now running a public pressure campaign against a juror. This is insane. Totally unprecedented. Theyâre going to burn the whole system down for the sake of letting a woman get away with triple homicide. Sickening.
Lindsay Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington implies there is one single juror holding out on the concept of reasonable doubt and he asks the judge to remove that juror from the trial for âfailing to follow instructionsâ from the judge.
How would Reddington know which way a single holdout is leaning? đ€
Ryan Reynolds says â80s nostalgia âpaves over all the traumaâ of the âtumultuousâ decade:
âThe 80s was a brutal, brutal time for people. It was a fucking mess and people forget that. It was a tremendous strife. Socio political tensions everywhere. We were still pretty fresh off a Cuban missile crisis, which was only 15-20 years before. Itâs a tumultuous period, but you look back at it now and youâre like, âOh, yeah. âTop Gun.â Cocaine!â Like, âNo!â It was really scary.â
In Apple TVâs âMayday,â Reynolds stars as a U.S. Navy pilot who builds an unlikely friendship with an eccentric ex-KGB agent (Kenneth Branagh) obsessed with â80s American culture.

Hi @Variety
Ryan Reynolds wasnât American, wasnât an adult in the â80s, and wasnât anywhere near the decade heâs now narrating like a Ken Burns special.
He was a Vancouver kid. The Cuban Missile Crisis was over before he could tie his shoes. What he âspewedâ isnât memory. Itâs press-tour homework for a movie set in a country and a childhood he didnât have.
The â80s in America were an epic time. Music, movies, sports, cars, comedy, invention, swagger.
People who actually grew up in the 80's remember that., even now everyone talks about the 80's. He remembers a briefing packet and a line about âtraumaâ that testers thought would sound deep.
Nobody in 1985 was walking around going, âStill pretty fresh off the Cuban Missile Crisis.â
Thatâs a man reciting a Wikipedia sidebar between mint-promo takes.
Leave the American â80s to the people who were there, Ryan.
I'm certain that's comforting to the family of the innocent woman who was randomly stabbed to death in a place I NEVER worried about walking through when I lived in NYC
Lunatic Clancy supporters in Massachusetts sympathize with a mom who murdered her three children. Meanwhile in Virginia, lunatic left moms report a mother to police & CPS for allowing her 5 year old to walk down the street in a gated neighborhood unattended & failing to protect.
