Dad to five awesome kids and husband of the year

@AjreetBassi @FlySwoop They did the same to us. Oh no a social media post! Better respond so it looks like we are doing our due diligence..... bullshit.

[Randy Chamberlain @randych2112]

@FlySwoop @lalalamael It’s your LACK OF CREW that cost me almost $1000 in extra expenses. To bad the crew that decided to not show up for my flight (cancelled AFTER I was checked in luggage and all and waiting in the lounge) didn’t have to reimburse me for my lost expenses. #dontflyswoop

[Randy Chamberlain @randych2112]

Wow @FlySwoop you have really outdone yourself. Nothing like leaving the blind guy stranded if he doesn’t pay for a ticket he ALREADY bought! @GlobalBC yet another example of SWOOPs outstanding customer service! NOT 🤬🤬🤬 #dontflyswoop #sorryyourstrandedpayup #gimmieyourmoney

[Randy Chamberlain @randych2112]

@FlySwoop I sent a message this morning via messenger. Plus RESent the original email. Where else would you like me to send it? Thanks

[Randy Chamberlain @randych2112]

Hey @FlySwoop can someone get back to me about my horrible experience?? Sent you an email in April STILL NOTHING. #DONTFLYSWOOP #SWOOPAIRLINESUCKS #FLYSWOOP #READMYEMAILALREADY #TRYCUSTOMERSERVICEFORONCE #COMPENSATEME
