Liam's father, Victor Martinez Nieto, illegally entered America in 2022 under Joe Biden. He accepted voluntary departure and was removed in February of this year. He then reentered ILLEGALLY again. The father was picked up at a traffic stop, detained, and chose to leave voluntarily (again) with Liam to avoid getting seperated from his son.

Would Talarico prefer the federal government kidnap Liam and seperate him from his father?
