1. Free FSD transfer for any HW3 owners who bought FSD - always. It's a policy.
2. A discount, a Tesla credit, a free accessory, free supercharger.
3. Firm Retrofit timeline.

@j_warner156 @johnnidijulius Really ? Go watch a bunch of Randy Lewis matches or other matches from that era--You took a step back--stalling. The matches were higher scoring and more exciting. I think the double stall should be used a lot more.

@DBurkland Then it should be easier for him to thin the people who are upset --Free FSD transfer, and a nice discount on a new model. I think the reason he is not doing this is that he is unsure if HW4 will achieve autonomy fully

Elon could create a bit of goodwill by offering a discounted upgrade offer and free FSD transfer to HW3 owners that bought FSD outright.

They should offer a sweet deal for HW3 owners to upgrade . This would thin the people that have older cars.

@JonBbC_TechGeek I think what you are missing is that by the time HW3 owners are "taken care of" their cars are out of wty,have many miles on them, and are old enough that most got tired of waiting.
He should give a big incentive for HW3 owners to upgrade-NOW

High Insurance costs
Service centers far away
HW3 upgrades after cars are out of wty and high mileage. #notacceptable
