From age 3-21, I lived , eat , and slept baseball. Barry Bonds is hands down…not even close (all due respect to KGJr in prime) the best baseball player I have seen play live …period = HOF. We are at #stupidlogic in not electing him. #grennies#hypocrisyisgross
As Cook County Democratic Party is forcing candidates to sign “fealty” pledges to the party. No loyalty to constituents or law…just part. Pretty #gross#2partyscam#corruptashell#chicagoway https://t.co/kQF2tjAoZi
Can anyone explain to me why we still have the accredited investor rule? If I can wager my entire paycheck on the outcome of an Estonian soccer game without knowing anything about Estonia or soccer, then why can I not gamble on an unlisted offering? 🤷🏽♂️ #sec#estoniansoccer
The alternative to meritocracy is not “equity”—whatever that means. It is nepotism and corruption. Plan accordingly. #meritocracy#suckslessthan alternatives
This would insulate the provider against future enforcement from other non-friendly private parties. The friendly third party could then “collect” and refund the statutory damages back to the provider. Thoughts? #SB8
Ok…I have a question about SB8. It only allows for private enforcement, and only allows one enforcement action per “violation.” So…could a provider simply partner with a “friendly” third-party who would bring suit after each procedure?
This might be the dumbest take ever. Let me rephrase…this is a nonsensical defense of non-defensible behavior. Happy to explain in more detail to those who disagree. #YouAreAShill https://t.co/M2YddISXKG
@AndrewYang welcome to the club. Many of us realized long ago that both major parties are irredeemably corrupt. For Americans to have real choice we need new ideas and parties (or no parties), and an election system that doesn’t favor the #2PartyScam https://t.co/BgS1qqVrs0
@Marycoleman719 Um...factual support? I recall no looting at the capital...ever. There have been protests & physical damage (which obviously should be prosecuted), but no looting. The message this sends is horrible—we must put up fences to protect ourselves from ourselves. #letsbebetter
Hard NO! The capital belongs to the people. The rational here makes no sense—a fence to stop looting? Come on man. #kneejerk#wasteoftaxpayerdollars#civilization https://t.co/lgWxNExvYK
“The bill would require companies to disclose to candidates when they have been assessed with the help of software. Companies that sell such tools would have to perform annual audits to check that their people-sorting tech doesn’t discriminate.” https://t.co/ktR4zCORpv
