@Uber_India Good response from uber support. Sorry for the inconvenience but can't help you. How can a ride be completed when the pickup didn't arrive. Confused customer. The problem happened twice, that's your response for not refunding. Very original.

@Uber_India @UberINSupport Recently had a bad experience with uber support. i booked an uber auto. The problem was the auto never arrived and it showed as the trip started but it was going further away from the pick up or the destination. Now uber refuses to give a refund.

@Citibank this is a genuine concern..while opening my salary acct, i submited my pan details as an id proof. my pan is link to my acc but the name on my acc is not the same. Also i got a credit card with the same acc opening form on which my name is printed right..pLiz explain
