I'm disgusted that I have been 11 days without hot water and heating. Two different people have been to fix my boiler and it's still not working. How can it be that parts take up to 5 days, but I can go on a website and have them delivered next day.

Low income families can’t afford the option of an expensive electric car.

@BBCLondonNews told to buy a diesel, we did. Now diesel doesn’t meet ULEZ. Now we have to put ourselves in debt to get a newer vehicle. Who knows in a few years time we could be told this one is no good.
