Matthew trainer
Congratulations Mr Trainer, another lie from your wonderful staff. No intensive physio given as promised, no medical records so that we can get alternative care, now John, at the age of 59, is being sent to an old people’s home. Lost all faith. Disgusted!!

My husband has been passed over to your trust by King George Hospital, who promised he would receive 3 weeks of intensive physio. In 2 weeks he has received only about 6/7 hours. Now they’re sending him to an old people’s home, he’s 59! Why?
@BHRUT_NHS
9 weeks, still no answers. Why can’t my husband walk? No accidents, injuries or terminal illness, then why? Now he’s a burden, being harassed by staff because he won’t accept that there is nothing more that can do. I am lost for words! Is this what we pay for???
9th week, John is still hospitalised and still no answers. How can this be? Now he’s made to feel like a burden because he won’t accept that there’s nothing that doctors can do. Doesn’t have a terminal disease, just can’t walk, why? Find the problem and sort it.
@BHRUT_NHS
9 weeks since John was admitted, still no answers. Can’t find the problem, let’s wash our hands off him, disgusted! Make him feel like a burden, hopefully he’ll go. This is what it feels like. Do your job, find the problem, fix it or refer him to someone who can!
@matthewtrainer start of the 8th week in hospital for John, still no answers! Supposedly the best specialists, have no answers. Is this it then, John will just fade away in a hospital bed as your professionals cannot find what is wrong with him. How? Frustrated to the hilt!
@Jacqui_Smith1 Today was a sad day, to see my husband, John , crying has broken both me and him. 7 weeks and no answers. To top it all, he had to wait 2 hours for a poxy cheese and pickle sandwich! Why I ask? In the end I had to buy one from the canteen, could it get any worse?
@Jacqui_Smith1 Into the 7th week now, John still has no diagnosis. What is the NHS coming to? The reason why we have large number of mental health issues! People go in ok, come out depressed, emotionally and mentally drained! Seriously, is this what we pay our taxes for?

Disappointed with lack of acknowledgment of my letter of complaint about the treatment given to my husband, John Snooks. 5 weeks at King George Hospital, no diagnosis and cannot now walk or use right arm! Not urgent enough? What do I have to do? Media maybe!!
@Jacqui_Smith1
Beginning of the 6th week since my husband, John Snooks, has been hospitalised at King George Hospital, still awaiting a diagnosis! What has the NHS come to? This man walked into A&E on the 30/04/23, now cannot walk or use his right arm. Where is the care????
