There are no words...
Human remains in a shipping container in Khartoum indicate dozens inside were burned, possibly alive, by the RSF.
So many horrors... this is what the RSF were created by the Islamists' security regime to do and nothing has changed.

There is no museum or memorial in the world facing the conditions that the Srebrenica Memorial Center is enduring. We quite literally woke up to find that state authority had been "canceled" overnight. Our normal environment is one of frequent and open denial, discrimination, and obstruction.
Most recently, local Serb authorities denied us permission to film the site of a mass execution, claiming that "no crime was committed there." We are regularly targeted by local Serb extremist media, as well as by public figures and politicians at both the local and national levels. And now, with central state authority openly denied, we find ourselves under the rule of the very institutions and political forces responsible for the Bosnian genocide in the first place.
In this legal uncertainty, where those responsible refuse to take measures to restore the legal framework upon which our presence in Srebrenica is predicated, our very existence there is in question. The decision to close down was made at the moment when Bosnian mainstream media were reporting that state police were being disarmed and taken over by the Bosnian Serb police across various locations in the RS. No one from higher up was telling us if that was true or not and what to do. We were all alone. The decision was borne out by the events, as the threat is still present and the Bosnian Serb police operate outside the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In my capacity as Director, I couldn’t risk the safety of a group of survivors to find themselves in the same circumstances they had already endured in 1992. This year we are marking the 30th anniversary of the genocide, we put all our energy into ensuring that it is organized with respect and dignity. We are a memorial, a place of remembrance and learning. Deniers and revisionists are endangering a memorial - even our memory is a problem to them. But they will not succeed, and I urge all our friends and allies across the world to let them know that. Our purpose is far greater than our own memory, it is engraved in world history, and can never be diminished or erased.
As First Minister, I’ve decided not to attend the White House events this year.
The US President’s comments on forced expulsion of the Palestinian people of Gaza cannot be ignored.
I will continue to engage with senior figures in the US for peace and economic growth.
In the future, when our children and grandchildren ask us what we did while the Palestinian people endured unimaginable suffering, I will say I stood firmly on the side of humanity.

Powerful statement from Kenya's human rights and justice community rejecting support for genocidal militias. Much respect to the courageous advocates.

From a cleared Kafouri to a brimming hospital in Omdurman - the parts of Sudan's capital that should be full are empty and the hospitals & markets regularly shelled by the RSF are dangerously full.
Unfortunately we’ve seen a significant drop off in donations.
If donations don’t pick up soon we will be forced to close some of our kitchens.
We really don’t want to have to do that given that so many people have come to depend on these kitchens to survive. So if you are able to help, please click on the link in the reply. Thank you🙏🏽
Dear friends of Refaat Alareer around the world,
I want to share with you that after a long and painful search we have finally found Dr. Refaat Alareer’s body, which had been buried in a makeshift cemetery. Today, we moved him, along with his brother Salah, his sister Asma and other 4 of his relatives, to Ibn Marwan Cemetery near Al-Shujaiya, the neighborhood where he was born, lived, and now rests eternally.
Please keep him in your prayers, and may his family and friends find strength and peace.
"Authorities in areas under SAF control have imposed restrictions on the delivery of certain goods to areas under RSF control."
Let's call it what it is: SAF is enacting its tried-and-tested starvation policy on people in RSF areas, while denying famine.

‘Deeply inspiring and humbling’: how neighbourhoods in Sudan are coming together to fill gaps left by foreign aid. After nearly 2 years of war its shocking that more aid isnt going directly to these groups. https://t.co/36mrriEfgw
Those who dismiss Israel's genocide charges, do that out of ignorance of daily crimes in Gaza and overlooking the profound suffering inflicted on the people there. Those who recognize it as genocide understand that what we know, is just the apex: it will take years to uncover the full extent of Israel's atrocities. Meanwhile the case of the disappeared must be urgently investigated in the attempt to save lives. With the Israeli Supreme Court refusing to do so, other legal avenues must be explored.
