So please update and availabled my phone before 5 pm. Service center staff is very rudely to talk and why i have been suffering for 10 days my service center is missuse of my mobile phone so please kindly arrange my phone in quick succession

Respected sir i have a purchased a phone one plus but phone in charging problem than i submit my phone patna service center on 27 march till date my phone not availabled by service center because approval of company misuse of my phone get.
