ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವಂತ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಸಿಗಬೇಕು.

ತುಳುವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕು.
