As our young graduates step into a new chapter, I urged them to cherish everyone who has been part of this journey...their friends, teachers, mentors and support staffs. Wherever life takes them, may they always remain connected to their ‘Insti.'

A major boost to connectivity and growth in Assam!

The Cabinet has approved a 4-lane access-controlled Guwahati-Tezpur Corridor of NH-15. The project will reduce travel time, improve road safety and ease congestion through major bypasses at various locations. It will also include an Emergency Landing Facility at Tezpur, along with bridges, flyovers, underpasses and service roads. The corridor will strengthen seamless connectivity across Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

A vital step towards clean energy, rural prosperity and realising our collective dream of an Atmanirbhar Bharat!

The Cabinet has approved GOBARdhan Scheme, which will give a major boost to Compressed Biogas, with the aim of increasing domestic CBG production nearly ten-fold. The scheme will create a strong and predictable ecosystem for investment and innovation.

It will benefit our farmers, cooperatives, MSMEs, women entrepreneurs and rural enterprises while strengthening energy security, reducing dependence on imported fossil fuels and promoting scientific waste management.
