My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.

Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.

He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.

I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.

He is a true hero.

पहले नोएडा प्राधिकरण में सड़क और नाली की मेंटिनेंस के लिए मेंटिनेंस डिपार्टमेंट होता था। इसका इंचार्ज चीफ मेंटिनेंस इंजीनियर (सीएमई) होता था। अतिक्रमण के लिए अलग प्रवर्तन प्रकोष्ठ होता था। हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट अलग होता था। उसका हेड एमबीबीएस डॉक्टर होता था। सिविल विभाग अलग होता था। उसका प्रभारी चीफ इंजीनियर होता था। अब सभी विभाग समाप्त हो गए, सिर्फ सिविल बचा है। इसको सभी की निगरानी करनी है। उन्हें छोटे सड़क नाली देखने की फुर्सत नही है। बड़े प्रोजेक्ट देखने हैं। छोटे काम की जिम्मेदारी ठेकेदारों के सुपरवाइजर की है। वे अतिक्रमण को बचाने में लगे होते हैं। बाकी काम संविदा पर तैनात जेई व सुपरवाइजर देखते हैं। यह नोएडा प्राधिकरण की वर्किंग स्टाइल का बदलता चेहरा है। @noidakhabar @noida_authority @dmgbnagar @PankajSinghBJP

One is a sedentary lifestyle, sitting in front of the TV or screens all day, not playing, not going for walks, and staying confined indoors. Secondly, we observe that our diets today are very rich in carbohydrates. We are consuming highly processed foods, which we classify as a highly inflammatory diet. We constantly order food at home via food delivery apps; there is no need to even step outside. Consequently, we see a decline in the intake of whole, plant-based foods and home-cooked meals. Instead, people opt for outside food, instant noodles that cook in two minutes, momos, and so on. These contain refined flour, meaning people are consuming excessive amounts of processed flour. It is a carbohydrate-rich diet. This, coupled with other factors like poor sleep, hygiene issues, smoking, and alcohol consumption, has led to a rise in lifestyle diseases. However, there are two crucial causes of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome: a sedentary lifestyle and an unhealthy diet. A diet high in carbohydrates and inflammatory foods is the primary cause"

मानसून का दौर खत्म हो चुका है, नोएडा शहर में सड़कें बनाने के लिए एक महीने का समय है, इसके बाद एनजीटी के आदेश पर निर्माण कार्यों पर हर वर्ष होने वाले प्रतिबंध लग जायेगा। तब नोएडा में सड़कें भी नही बन पाएंगी और सड़क के गड्ढे कैसे भरेंगे, सड़के सिर्फ मुख्य मार्ग ही नहो औद्योगिक सेक्टरों, आवासीय सेक्टरों अंदर सभी बड़ी और छोटी सड़कें, हाई राइज बिल्डिंगों के बीच की सड़कें बननी हैं। क्या इतने कम समय मे यह हो पायेगा। आप भी सोचिये, मैंने तो अलर्ट किया है। @noidakhabar @noida_authority @CeoNoida @uptrafficpolice
