@SethiRenalPath We recently had a young girl presenting with recurrent episodes of AKI requiring temporary dialysis support. Responded to empiric steroids each time. Biopsy during her fourth such episode revealed ALL infiltrating the entire kidney. No leucocytosis on any of her presentations
