@ExpressandStar This MP clearly doesn't live in the area or know anything about our city.The city centre has died a death! There is no pull into the centre whatso ever.Telford has leap frogged Wolverhampton in regards to this kind of venture.We need restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities

@ExpressandStar My recent experience with my granddad being in hospital at new cross just makes me even more angry and shocked how the poor service at this hospital seems to go unnoticed.The level of care and professionalism is appalling.I can't be the only one that has experienced it!

Has anyone else faced rude unprofessional staff at new cross hospital?. Time and time again I am shocked by the way care is delivered and the behaviour of staff. I'm today's episode, a member of staff hung up on me after I was trying to arrange to see my 96 year old grandad.
