Absolute worst service from @AirIndiaX tonight. Flight IX 724(DXB to CNN) delayed by nearly 2 hours (8:40 PM original time, now 10:30 PM) with zero advance warning. Just left stranded waiting at the airport. Unacceptable communication. #AirIndiaExpress #FlightDelay #BadService
