I showed him the valid emission test paper but still this Cop threatened saying he will seize the vehicle if I’m not paying the fine for emitting black smoke. I was forced to pay spot fine of 500 and asked me to leave the spot without recording the incident.

Why can't we Citizens record this behaviour on camera for proof? Why was I harassed for this? They even called me names and I was humiliated by these two policemen.
