I ordered a mobile phone on @amazonIN on 6th June as a birthday gift for my mother, whose birthday was on 10th June. At the time of ordering, Amazon promised a "Guaranteed Delivery by 10th June", but now the delivery date has been pushed to 12th June.

Today at on @Central_Railway Kurla Platform 8, near the first bridge from the CSMT end, I was assaulted by 3–4 people. During the entire incident, not a single @RPFCR staff member was present there.

This incident took place between 7:15 PM and 7:30 PM & If this can happen to me despite being a journalist, then what about ordinary citizens? @RPFCR @Central_Railway @RailMinIndia

My question to the @RPFCR is this the kind of security provided to passengers? Who is responsible for passenger safety at the station? Such incidents create fear among commuters. @RailMinIndia
