@TataMotors_Cars @TataMotors My 10 months old Tata Safari Axle bush broke. Service centre says need to change the entire Axle 22k cost. I asked for warranty, but they refused saying it's hit by something and i should claim for insurance and they say it's not under it.Plz help.

My car Honda City PB 10 EQ 1122 got picked up for body shop work and servicing yesterday at 10.30am Amritsar by Lally Motors Amritsar, but no one from Lally motors Amritsar communicated with me whether my car was received by them or not ..

It's one week ..no revert.
Is one week time a norm in this company..
It's a pathetic experience and I am dead sure no one will ever buy insurance form SBI general insurance..

@sbigeneral @TheOfficialSBI @sbi My Tata safari car PB10HQ3000 work is complete at tata amigo workshop Amritsar but I am not getting my car as approval from SBI insurance is pending since last one week ..Surprisingly there is no revert from the SBI insurance company.

@TataMotors_Cars Haven't got any satisfactory revert from your team. i have mailed both the regional head and National head , but haven't received any satisfactory revert.

@TataMotors_Cars I got to know from the Tata motors team that it took one week to order my car's parts and it took 15 days for the parts to reach the service centre.

I hava a question to the higher authorities that is this much time period justified...??...
