@NeatoRobotics Done. I contacted support before about this (one the second or third week) but I was just told it was a connection issue. But this happens at the same time every Monday (I have a schedule then) and nothing changes from morning to night

@NeatoRobotics for the past 4+ weeks my Neato fails to work from midday UK time till the evening. Any chance you have servers down or a maintenance window that time? It works in the morning and night and every other day but on Monday afternoons it stalls

Selecting a zone with a single square is rather limiting and I need 3 zones to cover my S shaped hall.
