@qatarairways They refused to help or to check with their supervisors. We had to buy other tickets on Ethad and Saudia to go to Hajj. We will send a complaint with all what we faced and the extra charges we had to pay because of what Qatar Airways employees did to us in O'Hara airport. 😔

@qatarairways tonight was my first experience with you and I was so disappointed. They didn't allow us to travel from Chicago with hajj visa and they were so mean and not helpful at all.

@qatarairways @mkabir We had the same issue from Chicago our flight number 1188. I was so disappointed from the way we were treated. Other friends in different states were able to travel.
