I feed myself for $40-$60 a week. I don't get fast food, I deleted all food ordering apps. I eat simple meals and make my entire week of food on Sunday every week and freeze it. I take lunch with me to work every day. Eggs, beans, onions, rice, potatoes, chicken. They're all your friend.
