@Parkeology I was on one of the last coasters of the night for Space Mountain. We reached the top of the lift hill and stopped. After about 5 minutes the lights came on, we exited the car, and walked down the lift hill, through the first tunnel, and back to the entry platform.
@IffyTheDopester Yes, I agree! The original Domino's in Ypsilanti had sat mostly vacant since the 1980s. Domino's could spend a small amount and make it into a little museum with a gift shop and offer pizza by the slice catering to EMU students.
@IffyTheDopester Belleville Rd. and I-94 location is close to where I grew up in Ypsilanti but I don't remember it. Funny how they call I-94 the Willow Run Expressway (because that's why it was built, to get workers from Detroit to Ypsilanti).
@sciencegirl "The Ghosts of Evolution" by Connie Barlow is an excellent book on this topic of evolutionary anachronisms. Other tree examples are the Osage orange, gingko, and avocado.
@KoreaPistonsFan@D_Bo20@FansView_App That was a really great interview! You were prepared with lots of good basketball questions, but you also were able to ask him some intriguing questions about food and charities and fan support. He is a really nice person - who else would be dining with their mom after game 7?!
@IffyTheDopester I totally know what you are talking about! Sometimes I got so into watching the 1968 WS highlights that I was disappointed when the game resumed!
@ShawnLeyLive@DetroitPistons Like others have said, I listen to Blaha on the radio (Audacity app) during this series with the TV on mute. We won't be able to hear "he fills it up" for too much longer and I don't want to miss him.
