I ran my agentic validation on a public FDA submission pilot repo. The code looked fine: right join, right lab, right visit window, no NaNs, no type errors.
Still wrong.

Organism, tissue, assay, dose, controls, endpoints, sample relationships, context.
That semantic layer is what we’re building.
