The worst service award goes to #swiggy .. never seen a company take the customers for a ride as much as swiggy does.. on a Monday they can't deliver on time..
If u feel you haven't been let down by Monday enough.. please order from @Swiggy .. worst way to start the week.. chatting with the executive for last 15 mins for an order that showed 26 mins delivery.. it was for items that need to be just packed..
@SwiggyCares I am not going to waste my time on this... Only request is be transparent and not show the delivery time to be 20 mins when it's going to take min 45 mins
Issued in public interest. Please order from @Swiggy@SwiggyCares only during non peak hours i.e 3-5pm.. basically post bf, lunch and dinner hours.. else don't ever expect the food to reach on time.. once you order be prepared to have a min 15-20 min chat with support
Then they will ask you to rate the food and the delivery executive.. how about the rating for general experience thru swiggy.. basically if you are not hungry and if you plan well then start ordering for dinner immediately after lunch.. u can microwave the food in case it's cold
Now comes the funniest part.. when you tell them that you can't have cold food that was picked an hour back and ordered an hour and a half back.. the exec tells you that if the food is cold they will look into it and as proof they ask you for a pic of the "cold" food..
