@yash1t_b extremely disappointing service from Hoora in Delhi. Have been so so irritated by repeated cancellations again and again. If you can’t provide service, don’t take a booking. And refunds are processed in Hoora coins so I am permanently stuck with shitty service.

@airvistara Connecting over chat vistara remains adamant that “no incorrect information was shared” when the agent’s exact words were “it doesn’t have lie flat bed”. Escalated responses are “we regret the inconvenience”. Bravo Vistara, was to lose a customer forever.

@airvistara what is wrong with customer support? I ask them a simple question to upgrade to business in case of lie flat seats , else PE! They upgraded to PE and upon checking website for lie flat seats, and calling again, I find it cannot be upgraded further!

@aubankindia applied for a credit card upgrade from LIT to Zenith+. Was offered the same in original application, but didn’t get it to avoid fees. Upgrade, even after staff telling me that “it likely should be upgraded”, is being rejected. Let me know if it can or cannot be done.
