We are pleased to welcome the third cohort of DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony), a flagship leadership development initiative jointly conceptualised by @PSUSCOPE and the Capacity Building Commission (@CBC_MK ). As the programme's Knowledge and Academic Partner, ISB will support this cohort of public sector leaders over the next 12 months.
The inaugural ceremony in New Delhi featured an address by @DrJitendraSingh, Hon'ble Minister of State, Government of India. Professor @PillutlaMadan, Dean, ISB, reaffirmed the School's commitment to strengthening public sector leadership.
The ceremony also included addresses by S. Radha Chauhan, K. Moses Chalai, K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Atul Sobti (@DG_SCOPE), Alka Mittal, and Brajesh K. Upadhyay.

He said that India's Whole of Government approach calls for convergence of diverse individual and institutional capacities, where institutions and professionals contribute their respective strengths and expertise towards common national goals.
DAKSH is a year-long leadership development programme for senior executives of Central Public Sector Enterprises, organised jointly by the Capacity Building Commission and the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises.

She highlighted that building a developed India requires strengthening institutions through continuous learning, competency-driven approaches, and creation of a culture where individuals and organisations continuously evolve.

The NSG Training Academy, Manesar has been awarded the prestigious "Ati Utkrishth" (4-Star) Accreditation under the National Standards for Civil Services Training Institutions (NSCSTI) framework of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
The accreditation certificate was received by the Director General, NSG from the Chairperson, Capacity Building Commission.
As the training arm of the Nation's Nodal Counter Terror Force, the Academy advances the Ministry of Home Affairs' 'Duty to Share' mandate by strengthening capacity building, interoperability and knowledge-sharing across State Police Forces, CAPFs, Armed Forces and friendly foreign partners.
Serving as a hub for the assimilation, refinement and dissemination of counter-terrorism best practices, operational lessons and emerging doctrines, the Academy transforms institutional knowledge into operational effect, reinforcing NSG's role as a strategic fulcrum of India's counter-terrorism architecture.
The accreditation is a recognition of the NSG Training Academy's commitment to training excellence and its enduring contribution towards strengthening national preparedness.
