@OgeroTelecom @ikreidieh 3 affected users in the same bldg and claims were filled but still getting excuses tha the cable from cabinet to bldg needs to be replaced and no actions so far. What a shame. Worst experience ever 2/2

@OgeroTelecom @ikreidieh @JohnnyCorm Again saying on DM to check internal cables. Despite that the tech team finally admitted 10 days ago that the issue is from ogero cable. Anyway check the pic. I did a test directly on ogero cable with 2 different routers as well. I have the videos if needed

@OgeroTelecom @ikreidieh more than 1 year facing issues with the internet connection. Was with IDM they couldn't solve it with Ogero so I switched to Ogero and still not abel to fix it. Paying 23$ per month as VDSL open speed and getting max of 800kbps 1/2
