A landmark step towards greater transparency and customer empowerment.

In a first-of-its-kind initiative among Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in India, HPCL has launched the “No Bill No Pay” initiative, reinforcing our commitment to customer rights and service excellence.

The initiative was launched by Shri Amit Garg, Director (Marketing), HPCL, in the presence of Shri Manish Tandon, Zonal Head (Jaipur Zone) and the Jaipur Retail Region team at M/s HP Centre (COMCO), Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, on 09.06.2026. HPCL plans to progressively roll out this initiative across additional Retail Outlets in a phased manner, further strengthening the program.

By encouraging customers to insist on a bill for every transaction, the initiative promotes transparency, accountability, and a better retail experience across HPCL fuel stations.

Together, we continue to build trust through every transaction.
