We are now on bluesky! I have also made an account there (https://t.co/tlUSc1bpbk) that will be my main academic account moving forward.
Especially the events of last summer here in the UK should be a warning call and I hope others will follow! #eXit
Hello to our 3000 followers here, we as a group have decided to shift some of our activities from X elsewhere. We will continue to inform here about publications, outreach events and other news from the group but would like to give you the chance to also follow us elsewhere π
On to bluer skies, fellow scientists!
#bluesky
I'm not active there yet but have set up an account under the same handle (rapacalaj) and will be using this moving forward.

@OghmaNano it's high time to leave after everything that's been going on with elno... definitely do see that linkedin is being used more but it's not the same.
been quiet here but not unproductive. is this still the right place for academics to talk about science and do outreach? I highly doubt it.
so where do we go from here?
#xodus#science#AcademicTwitter
the first talk is on a model evaporated OPV system provided by @heliatek investigating the effect that morphology has on performance. the second focuses on changing interfacial energetics in PM6/Y6 PHJs & a little side quest about efficient charge generation (or not) in neat Y6.
and of course there is an ulterior motive for being back on twitter:
I'm giving two talks at #S24MRS in seattle this week. come and say hi Wednesday and Thursday!
not sure if anyone is still here but just wanted to let y'all know I recently did something somewhat noteworthy (is that how to start a post in linkedin lingo?):
last month, I completed my PhD viva. thank you to @Shoaee_lab and @JNelsonGroup for a very enjoyable discussion!

Simulation Queen Lucy Hart
This has been a while in the making & really started coming together with Lucy's simulations & mobility data by @JuliannaPanidi. Glad to have seen the journey from start to finish.
How do mobile ions and interlayer energetics affect the charge accumulation in #perovskite solar cells?
@WeidongXu7 & Lucy Hart combine voltage dependent photoluminescence measurements and drift-diffusion simulations to answer this and more...

So many congratulations to Jenny for receiving the Cherry award at the 50th @IEEEPVSC. Very, very proud group members here, wishing we could be there to celebrate π
