I know this may not sit well with some people.
But pediatrics, even though it has a lot of cool chiefs, is often a very toxic department in a lot of centres.
Nobody likes toxicity.
That department needs to do better FR.

1. It is a very meticulous and thorough specialty. There is little or no margin for error. So many calculations based on a number of factors

2. Learning the various parameters is so cumbersome. Different values for different age ranges. This is the part that kills me🤦🏽💔
